1. Our Business Model (Made-to-Order)

Every single T-shirt we sell is made to order.

We create the original artwork, prepare the prints, and heat-press them onto the garments by hand from our home studio.

Because items are not pre-made, production begins only after payment is cleared.

2. Turnaround & Production Times

Standard Production: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to print, press, and package your order before it is handed over to the courier.

During peak seasons (like holidays), production times may split or extend slightly. We will always display notice of any delays clearly on our website.

3. Sizing & Product Care

Sizing: We provide detailed sizing charts on our product pages. Because everything is made to order, we highly recommend measuring a favorite T-shirt at home to compare before buying.

Garment Care: To protect the longevity of the pressed print, garments should be washed inside out at 30°C, without bleach, and should never be ironed directly over the design. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or care.

4. Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Because your items are made specifically for each customer, normal high-street return rules change slightly:

Cancellations: If you change your mind, you must contact us within 1 or 2 hours of placing your order. Once production or printing has begun, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong size/design.

Sizing Mistake Policy:

Option A: Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or colour selection. Please check the size chart and confirm your colour selection carefully

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from the UK via Royal Mail / Evri.

Estimated shipping times begin after the production turnaround time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer, or missed deliveries.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, graphics, and website content are the sole intellectual property of Opus Originals.

Purchasing a physical T-shirt does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. You may not copy, replicate, or resell our designs as your own.

7. Limitation of Liability

We operate from a private, home-based workspace. While we maintain strict quality control, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
